Taster Brewpub SLC 1/19/09-Pours a cloudy ahzy yellow with a small covering for a head. Aroma of coriander and citrus. Flavors of banana, coriander, and cloves. This was a pretty decent light bodied wit. Quite tasty.

Taster – Red Rocks Brewing Co. – Salt Lake City, UT – Good Belgian aroma and light Belgian flavor. This had some nice light spices and finished very nice. A good beer once again.

On tap at the brewpub in Salt Lake City, Utah. Pours a very cloudy light orange color with a large white head. The aroma is mostly citrus and spices. The flavor stood out; lots of heavy spices; cloves, and peppery flavors, some light citrus and lemon zing too. A very spicy concoction, and the excellent mouthfeel makes this beer really nice.

on tap-pours a white head and cloudy straw color. Aroma is clove, banana. Taste is clove, banana, wheat, some spices, faint hops-citrus on back end. Good effervescence.

Hazy yellow beer, creamy white head. Lightly vegetal aroma with a bit of coriander and wheat as well. Flavour is better developed than the aroma would suggest with fresh wheaty/bready malt profile with loads of coriander and fresh juicy citrus. Lemony acidity and a very crisp finish. Well-crafted wit that is perfect for summer. A hint of yeasty spiciness behind the coriander as well.
