douglas88 (1016), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA Apr 24, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a bright orange with a bit of red with a thick beige head. The aroma is light malts. The taste was mostly a smooth creamy malt with some light hops and a small bitterness. Pretty nice. I enjoyed this one. Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Oct 8, 2005 Mahogany with a small head and good lacing. Wet malt aromas. Soapy hops and roasted malts. Bitter flavors of caramel and roast. Tail is so so.
BückDich (4618), Boise, Idaho, USA Jun 6, 2005 NABA 05: Amber color, light hops, stark astringency and watery, albeit a little malty, body. Braudog (3464), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Jun 29, 2003 Dark red beer with a still white head. It gives a sharp aroma with the promised sharp-sweet flavors forthcoming ... caramel, mostly, but ending with a bitter hoppiness.
