Commercial Description:
Medium body, slight bitterness, straw colored with a light hop finish. A glittering clarity characterizes this crisp, light, smooth ale. A refreshing thirst quencher, it makes a great companion to a Red Rock burger.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a bright amber color with a large white head. The aroma is lots of malts- almost meaty and rich. The flavor was the same; lots of rich malts, light caramel and a refreshing hop finish. Nice.

On tap a few weeks back at the brewpub in SLC. Color was a clear, dull gold. Aroma was bland; pale malt mostly. flavor of bread and yeast. Not much going on here, but it was not actively bad.

Taster – Red Rocks Brewing Co. – Salt Lake City, UT – Light beer with a nice malt flavor. Was surprised with the strong hint of hops. Nice summer beer.
