BrewDad (1805), Olympia, Washington, USA Dec 31, 2008 Taster Red Rocks Brewing Co. Salt Lake City, UT Good IPA aroma the flavor was light through the lacking of higher alcohol. Thus it tasted like had added water in it. Not bad but it is Junior IPA for sure. douglas88 (1016), Salt Lake City, Utah, USA Jun 22, 2008 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a very cloudy orange with a nice thick and fluffy white head. The aroma was mostly a nice hop presence, mostly pine and some malt too. The taste was very smooth and easygoing, but with a nice crisp hop presence and a good balance found with a lightly toasted malt. Nice. One of may favorites at Red Rock. mikey (323), farmington, Utah, USA Aug 29, 2007 Poured on tap a hazy golden orange with a patchy concave head that sticks hard. The nose was of grapefruit and pine needle. The flavor started with strong hop esters of pine and citrus peel with a thin blanket of malt bringing up the rear. The end was light with hops and biscut. The finish was sharp and dry. Not too complex, but its an okay IPA.
