Bottle. Pours a dark amber colour with a thin white head. Has a real floral aroma, the beer has a very citrus taste, and good carbonation, with a dry finish.

Bottle from Arden wines. Attractive fruity aroma with lemon jelly, tomato leaf, celery, strawberry jam and banana-like esters. Half the fruitbowl, then. Bright dirty amber with good lacing and lively carbonation. Ash and soap in the mouth with hints of apple, strawberry and rubber. Can I wring any more fruit/vegetable metaphors out of this one? No, banana, strawberry, tomato, celery, lemon and apple will do. Quietly impressive bottled bitter with a good gust of sensible but fruity hops.

Bottle. Bronze with a small head. Aromas are biscuit malts with tea and some light fruitiness. Some floral and nutty notes. Flavours are dry with minimal malts. Tea with hints of soapiness. Peppery and bitter on the finish. Spritzy and in decent condition.

500ml bottle from a Torquay supermarket. Foamy head, and a yeasty sharpness typical of British bottle conditioned beers. As dj says, this is like a tasty enough homebrew. There’s nothing special going on here - beer has been brewed and it tastes OK. Light, refreshing, fairly dry, with some citric sharpness.
