Jun 8, 2006 Bottle Conditioned. Nice picture of a cooked Turkey on the label. Dark brown with a beige head, lots of yeast. Aromas are weetabix malts with earthy hops. Sweet with spices and some citrus. Flavours are malty initially followed by lots of bitter hops and metal. Some lemon zest on the finish. Has a good sparkle. Dry and bitter on the finish with lemon sourness. Has a prickly, gritty palate
