Commercial Description:
This is a most refreshing beer. Very light, crisp and clean. Delicate malt flavors, with the absence of hop flavors and aromas, make this beer extremely easy to drink. The relatively low alcohol content allows for that second or third measure that you are almost certainly going to fancy. Goes great with all things spicy!

Sample at the brewpub. Pours clear copper with a thin white head. Malty aroma with some caramel and lager yeast. Flavor is about the same. Not much going on here; some malt here and there and very little hop.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark caramel-amber color with a small white head. The aroma was dry, tangy and vaguely fruity. The flavor was dry, roasty, tangy and also vaguely fruity. The finish was dry and tangy. Fairly simple but surprisingly pleasant.
