Commercial Description: A light and refreshing Amber Ale, brewed with an insane amount of Honey Malt, lending a nice toasted caramel sweetness. The maltiness is balanced with all natural strawberry flavor, resulting in an easy to drink, refreshing brew.
Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a red-amber color with a large white head. The aroma was tangy sweet and sour - somewhat oddly so. The flavor was tangy vague berry with a noted honeyish element and a dry cardboardy element followed by sugar and a tangy honey berry finish. Interesting. It worked for me but no so well for others at my table.
