Commercial Description: This beer is a nice light copper color with a malty flavor and a dry, slightly hoppy finish. This beer was brewed by Ralph and Donna Liberatore as a fundraiser for the Y.M.C.A.
Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark bronze-chestnut color with a medium sized yellow-white head. The aroma was light fruity and floral hops. The flavor was dryish nutty malts with a light undertone of fruity and floral hops. The hops while noticeable were very much overshadowed by the malts. Interesting but something did not quite work for me.
