First brewed in 1938.
It is a light alcohol drink with not too strong bitterness but rather soft taste; therefore, it's easy to drink it up.

Poured from bottle a clear light golden with thin white head. Aroma has hay and sweet malt notes. Flavor is mostly hay, light bread, and touches of sweet malt which finishes with a mild bitterness. Palate is light malt mouthfeel with medium thin body and good carbonation. Overall, there is enough flavor and malt to make this interesting and drinkable on a hot, humid day.

Not a bad beer, a good student favourite back in the day. Quite pale, and distiguishable taste. A nice treat to bring the memories flooding home.

22 oz bottle from local grocery store. Pale malt aroma with some corn and a bit of spicey hops. Clear straw color, with large rocky head that mostly diminishes. Pale malt flavor with some spicey almost nobel hop flavors. Light body with moderate carbonation. Finish is fairly dry, crisp, with a touch of hop flavor. This is better than I remembered.

Not too bad. I like the smooth flavor, nothing offensive. But I find it tastes a bit too much like molson Black Ice, Which i hate with a passion. But to be honest, its a little better then average. I’d probably buy it again.

Bottle. Pours a pale yellow. Nose of corn and straw and sweet malt. I taste somewhat of an "iced tea with sugar" flavor. A refreshing beer for a hot day by the pool

Had this in the bottle at a bar in Northville, MI. It tasted and looked like a typical mass market lager, or pilsner. It was no frills beer that is overpriced and overrated.

bottle. poured a clear straw yellow with a thin white head. nose had citrus, floral, and what i believe to be butter. flavor other than horrible was citrus and some nasty malt. this was watery and by far the worst beer i have ever had.
