Like JasonGoz stated, if you lived in 90 degree weather you might appreciate how refreshing this lager could be. Add Red Stripe to your summer portfolio of beers. I doubt anyone would refuse a frosty Red Stripe marinating at the bottom of the cooler on a summer day. Despite the appeal of it’s refreshing delivery, there’s a funky finish with this beer I can’t quite put my finger on...

12 oz. Bottle in Lager Glass. Pale yellow color produces a fastly dissipating head. Aroma is non-existent. Flavor is very light and crisp and leaves a clean finish. Very mild aftertaste is pleasant. Great for a warm day

bottle. smells weak and bubbly. yellow beer with little to no head(white). tons of carbonation. very smooth pale lager. might be my favorite in that class. it has a slight skunky after thought but not bad. can drink a lot of these for the price. would rather drink this over Bud any day!

It wasn’t bad. I’ve been striking out with beers lately but this wasn’t a letdown. Pours a light pale colour with a white head. Tasted just like what was expected from a pale lager. I drank this out of a shaker.

Red Stripe is a good alternative to the bud/coors/miller alternatives. While there is a lack in taste when compared to good lagers, Red Stripe compares well to other cheap light beers.
