[WBA styles tasting] Hmm... no malt, but a convincing amber color? Very clear. Sweet, ester aroma. Sweet maple/molasses. Floral, sweet flavors. Caramel extract, dry solvent taste. Odd finish, very sweet and mouthcoating. Not very beer-like.

Jan 3, 2009 Bottle. Pours an amber color with a white head. Sweet aroma. Sweet tasting, with a slight metallic and vegetableish finish. Not horrible.

Jan 1, 2009 Rather odd, interesting aroma. The sorghum give an odds mouthfeel and flavor; lightly spicy. Rather astringent finish.

Dec 21, 2008 Amber with a medium white quickly fading head. Aroma of sorghum, grain and nothing to inviting. Taste of sorghum, sweetness, something vegetal and offsetting. Sticky vegetal finish. Just not very good and not finish-able.
