CasperQuaffer (142), Casper, Wyoming, USA Jul 18, 2008 Has a weak but slightly hoppy aroma. This beer looks good, probably influenced by the naturally rich color of sorghum. The flavor is better than some malt or wheat beers. It is, as expected a little sweet, but has decent hops. A bit too sticky on the finish and cloying in the mouth. This may be the only option gluten intolerant people have in some areas. Not bad for that purpose.
lithy (572), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jan 9, 2009 Clear orange-red with a foamy whitish head. Sweet citrus aroma, light spiciness. Taste is odd, a quick rush of sweetness, honey like but no lasting flavors. Finish is lightly spicy and hoppy but not bitter. lowgun1212 (28), Montclair, USA Jan 7, 2009 I rather like the smell - berries and honey. Looks about right. Tastes rice-y and brittle. kinda sharp in a good way though. too much fizz? osu97gp (17), Atlanta, Georgia, USA Jan 3, 2009 Bottle. Pours an amber color with a white head. Sweet aroma. Sweet tasting, with a slight metallic and vegetableish finish. Not horrible. RCL (1140), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA Jan 1, 2009 Rather odd, interesting aroma. The sorghum give an odds mouthfeel and flavor; lightly spicy. Rather astringent finish. DWestrick (192), Ft Wayne, Indiana, USA Dec 28, 2008 bottle. this was plain and simple not a good beer. honestly i dont know why i tried it but it sucked
