Clear and medium gold with a fluffy -- yet quickly fading -- head. Lightish texture, but with a chewy base. Some light hop bitterness and aromas (flowers, herbs). Not enough bitterness to balance out the syrup-like and honey-like sweetness. Subtle white wine-like flavor in the aftertaste. Shouldn’t be judged against malt- and/or wheat-based beers. Overall, not undrinkable ... I’m just glad I don’t have Celiac disease, because this would get old real quick.

Bottle poured into a Rahr Anniversary footed pilsner glass. Clear copper orange appearance. Smells musty. Some grain is apparent though I’m not entirely sure which as it is gluten-free. Light adjuncts but overall easy aroma. Taste is distressing! Sharp bitter hits you upfront with a ugly cough medicine aftertaste. It is difficult to swallow this as it does not feel in the least bit pleasant. Also has a distasteful linger on the back of the throat, like antiseptic. Oh my Rahr glass, what have I done to you?

Pours bright amber into a shaker. White head quickly recedes to hug rim. Caramel and candy corn aromas. Crisp and sweet with upfront candy corn and a dry, abrupt finish.

12oz bottle I grabbed on accident when reaching for a Bud Lite at a Christmas party. Pours golden with white head. Aroma is grainy and metallic. Flavor is grainy but has a weird citrusy metallic taste. Not bad for a gluten free beer I guess.

12 oz. bottle- Gluten free beer, sounds anything but intriguing, but I will try to leave an open mind. Pours brownish amber with no head, literally. This is possibly the worst beer I’ve ever had, Including malt liquors. The flavor is sweet, but not in a good way, I have no doubt that this beer will be off the market in a year, believe it or not I think that Anheuser Busch has a standard, and this beer did not match that standard. This beer is complete shit, total shit, shit, shit, shit. I dare anyone to finish one of these things, ABSOLUTE SHIT.

It’s hard for me to even think of this as beer; it resembles beer only in the shape and presentation of the bottle, and the fact that it’s a starchy drink with a similar alcohol content as beer. If you’ve tasted sorghum syrup, the aroma is more like that than anything else. It’s actually not bad though...I don’t like sorghum syrup because it’s sweet, but this drink is only a little sweet, and is pleasant. The aroma is interesting. Worth trying. Just don’t expect it to taste remotely like a beer.

Bottle. The most noticable thing about this beer that seems out of wacko, is the metallic taste and smell. Color was amber and nice, head was what one would expect in a Bud product. Overall, for what it is, it is a drinkable beer.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear dull orange-copper, large bubble carbonation and a fizzy head. Aroma is crackery, dusty old malts/sorghum I guess, toast, light earthy hops. and almost a dusty copper penny or something cobwebby and metallic. Flavor is similar- extremely weak though even for 4.8% abv- very bland watery crap- light toast, dried dusty old paper and cardboard, pennies, metal, acetaldehyde and DMS with metallic old pissy- shit white wine. Surprisingly worse than I thought it was going to be. Meh.
