Bottle from brother. Pours a light amber with off-white head, minimal retention, did not last the life of beer. Aroma has notes of molasses. Flavor has some hops and a note of pecans on an after taste. Palate was high carbonation and soft. Over all, unless you are allergic to gluten, or there is a severe shortage of barley and wheat, there is absolutly no reason to buy this beer.

Aug 16, 2008 12 oz. bottle. Pours an amber color, with a minimal frothy, white head. Aroma is caramel, slight hop nose. Flavor starts all sweet, with a touch of bitter finish. Not all that bad.

Aug 7, 2008 Got this for a gluten-intolerant house guest. Not very familiar with sorghum, but it certainly affects the flavor of beer. Tastes like a pale lager, minus the metallic taste which creeps into most macro brews. Tastes ever-so-slightly lemon-y. Not bad if that’s all you can drink. I’m curious how many different styles can be achieved with gluten-free grains.

Aug 7, 2008 Bottled@Tommy Doyles Pub (Newton,MA). Clear AMber color. Aroma is malty with some citrus notes. Flavor is sweet with some hops. Mouthfeel is a quite bitter.

Jul 19, 2008 Bottle. Clear light amber pour with an off white head. Has an odd but pleasant aroma, lemony and grassy. Flavor isnt much different, its like lemon pledge and lawn clippings. I like the aroma but the flavor is ... eh. Not as terrible as its rating would suggest.
