TomaszMazur99 (4), Poland does not count Nov 16, 2002 I’m a young person and this is absolutely best beer for young people in my opinion. It’s good with everything - with pizza, with snacks at a party, on it’s own. Great apple taste makes it a really not boring beer. No bitterness. Nice aftertaste inviting for the next pint. I can never finish after the first one. Not very popular outside Poland, but rapidly growing popularity in Poland augurs well for this beer in the world. BUY IT IF YOU ONLY MEET THIS. You’ll not regret this! WYSIWYG (20), Melbourne, Australia Aug 13, 2004 This was a real surprise for me. I was expecting a "beer" and got a "cider" instead. I’m much more of a cider-lover than a beer-lover, so it gets top marks from me. Magicdave6 (4156), London, Greater London, England Jul 22, 2008 Can from 24hr shop in Southgate. I was soo late walking home that this was more of a morning drink, as it was light and people were walking thier dogs and so on. Very drinkable stuff,m like appletise basicly, but not soo sweet and very drinkable. ogivlado (2552), Zagreb, Croatia Jun 30, 2003 Canned(500ml). -pale golden coloured, little white quick-disappearing head, intensive apple flavour, dry finish with lasting apple aftertaste JorisPPattyn (4691), Antwerpen, Belgium Oct 23, 2006 White pearly head, gone in secs over darker golden beer. If anything, a nose of yellow-green grapefruit. As to apples, zilch, but the nose is very fruity, and surprisingly not at all artificial. Taste: now this IS apple. Sweet apples, dried, but with a fresh sourish onset, that unfortunately seems added. The German ingredients’ list tends to prove this: lemonaroma, acids, including apple (malonic?) acid are added... Refreshing MF, light. At least when served cold; I fear that it might become a tad cloying warming up. This is the opposite of Belgian fancy fruit beers: this IS chemistry and appears natural, whilst the Belgians are usually half-honest and appear totally fake...
