On tap at the brewhouse, bright amber color, with a white head, yeasty, fruity, toasty, grainy, raw malt nose, with a hint of earthy malt smokiness, with some fruity esters of raisin and fig, with a faint spicy aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, fruity, grainy toasted, caramelized malt character, with a light smokiness, with a pinch of spiciness, leading towards a faint toasty malt, lingering hop bitterness finish.

Thick brown pour with smaller off-white head. Nose is yeast, spice, and caramel. Flavor has much of the same with touch of smoke and roasted malt. Decent carbination with a clean finish.

Tap @ Redfish: Poured a fairly hazy dark amber color. The aroma was Belgian yeasty and estery. Banana, fruity and some spice. A little sweet. the flavor was malty and fruity with some more banana. Semi-dry with a medium body.
