Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Redfish: Poured a hazy amber color with an off-white head. Citrusy and pine aroma with some caramel. The flavor was citrusy and earthy with an earthy bitter finish. Some malt in the middle. Semi-dry with a light to medium body.

Oct 27, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Clear golden yellow with a wispy-lacing thin white head. Aroma of semi-sweet pale grainy malt with some grapefruity hops. Body has decent fullness with a lightly sweet pale maltiness and good fresh grapefruity hoppy balance. A decent pale ale.

May 13, 2007 Sampled at the brewery. Beer is clear, medium-hued, golden amber brown with a tiny, off-white, frothy, mostly and quickly diminishing head.<P>
The aroma is malty with moderate notes of toasted grain, caramell; Hoppy with light-to-moderate notes of resin/pine, herb; Yeasty with a trace of dough; Trace miscellaneous note of peach.<P>
The flavor is moderately bitter, lightly sweet with a short, lightly bitter finish.<P>
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is eerily soft.<P>
