Dec 10, 2008 On tap at the brewhouse, bright golden color, with an off-white head, sweet honeyed pale malt, fruity apple nose with a mild peachy floral hop accent with some light citrus and grapefruit aromas follow through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasty malt, flowery hop fruity character of mild citrus, with some grassy, leafy, coniferous notes, leading towards a sweet malty, fruity candied lemon peel, hop leafy bitterness finish.

Oct 22, 2008 Draught. Low but lasting off-white head. Clear golden body. Mild barley malt aroma with a bit of lemon. Sweet and just a little hops bitterness. Low carbonation and a short aftertaste.

Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Redfish: Poured a hazy amber color with an off-white head. Citrusy and pine aroma with some caramel. The flavor was citrusy and earthy with an earthy bitter finish. Some malt in the middle. Semi-dry with a light to medium body.
