| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Jul 13, 2006 A good APA, but very light and very basic. No harsh or off flavors, some really piney crisp hoppiness, with a very much in the background malt profile that never really stands up and lets you know it is there. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 10, 2004 Draft: Clear amber-golden. On the light side, but crisp, clean and sharpish on the tongue. Light malts were sweet and soft. Hops were piney and a little citric. Bitterness seemed to build and overpower the malts (not always a bad thing ... hee hee). Overall, some interesting things going on, but didn't really keep my attention. whaleman (2171), North Wales, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 15, 2004 Bright golden copper body. Citrus hop nose and flavor. A hoppy pale ale that seems to lack any significant malty creaminess to round it out. Not overly bitter, just hoppy and bland. A below average pale ale.
