On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Clear golden yellow with a wispy-lacing thin white head. Aroma of semi-sweet pale grainy malt with some grapefruity hops. Body has decent fullness with a lightly sweet pale maltiness and good fresh grapefruity hoppy balance. A decent pale ale.

On tap at the brewhouse, bright golden color, with an off-white head, sweet honeyed pale malt, fruity apple nose with a mild peachy floral hop accent with some light citrus and grapefruit aromas follow through on a medium-bodied palate with a toasty malt, flowery hop fruity character of mild citrus, with some grassy, leafy, coniferous notes, leading towards a sweet malty, fruity candied lemon peel, hop leafy bitterness finish.

Tap @ Redfish: Poured a hazy amber color with an off-white head. Citrusy and pine aroma with some caramel. The flavor was citrusy and earthy with an earthy bitter finish. Some malt in the middle. Semi-dry with a light to medium body.

Bright golden copper body. Citrus hop nose and flavor. A hoppy pale ale that seems to lack any significant malty creaminess to round it out. Not overly bitter, just hoppy and bland. A below average pale ale.

A good APA, but very light and very basic. No harsh or off flavors, some really piney crisp hoppiness, with a very much in the background malt profile that never really stands up and lets you know it is there.
