Commercial Description:
Our Pilsener is fermented with a true German lager yeast. Unlike most ales, lagers tend to have a dry, light finish. A perfect compliment to the summer heat.

Head is initially average sized, creamy, white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear light yellow with a few small particles. Aroma is lightly malty (grain), lightly hoppy (herbs), moderately yeasty (dough, sweat). Flavor is lightly sweet, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly acidic, moderately bitter. Medium body, creamy texture, lively carbonation. Highs: nice mouthfeel, reasonably good flavor profile. Lows: aroma is too yeasty.
