goldtwins (3721), Nesconset, New York, USA Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Redfish: Poured a clear goden amber color with an off-white head. Definite ginger in the aroma. Not overpowering though. ginger flavor is smooth but still make out the sweet malt. Medium body. kp (6200), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/14/2007

jcwattsrugger (3807), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Nov 6, 2006 on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is ginger (ale-sweet). Taste is mild ginger ale-sweet, faint hops. OK/mild carbonation. harlequinn (2746), Tacoma, Washington, USA Jul 14, 2006 Smells of toasty cereal maltiness and some light appley fruitiness. Bittersweet on the palate, a very light bit of ginger spiciness in the aroma and flavor, but it is what it is, and it is very light in all aspects, and not overpowering on the palate, just not enough to really be rated higher than it is. Ernest (4197), Boulder, Colorado, USA May 1, 2006 Head is mostly diminishing.
Body is clear light amber.
Aroma is lightly to moderately malty (toasted grain), trace yeast (dough), with a note of ginger (quite realistic).
Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately bitter.
Finish is lightly sweet, moderately bitter.
Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
Very realistic ginger smell that pervades the aroma, but I kept wishing there were more things to make interesting. Good.
