New brewer, new recipe. And hey, folks, Chris got this shit right...definitely English hops in the nose, probably Fuggles, and nice malt texture. Aggressively bitter, but enough malt to keep me wanting another sip...a perfect quaffer. Well done ESB at last from Redfish! Braudog (3784), Dayton, Ohio, USA
