Dec 9, 2008 On tap at the brewhouse, bright yellow gold color, with a tiny ring of white head, hint of sweet honeyed grainy pale malt, with a floral hop grassy, fruity citrusy accent in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp honeyed pale malt character, with a hint of stewed apple fruitiness, with a light flowey hop citrusy note, leading towards a fruity, citrusy, grassy, light hop bitterness finish.

Oct 9, 2008 Tap @ brewpub. Clear yellow color, short head. Typical pilsner aroma, bit grassy, hay. Slight bitter taste. Not much special, but ok.

Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Redfish: Poured a clear gold color with a small white head. The aroma and flavor were of sweet grainy malt. Sweet finish. Light body.

Oct 27, 2007 On tap at the brewpub on 10/14/07: Pours a clear effervescent deep golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of slightly sweet pale grainy malt with some mild earthy Saaz hops. Body starts with a faint maltiness and lots of carbonation and earthy bittering hops toward a biting drier finish.

May 13, 2007 Draught at the brewery. Beer is clear, light yellow-gold with a small, frothy, white, mostly and quickly diminishing head.<P>
The aroma is malty with a light note of toasted grain; Yeasty with a trace of dough; Moderate miscellaneous notes of pineapple, honey and melon. Not quite to-style or very complex, but pleasing. Clean, simple and fruity.<P>
The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter with a short, trace bitter finish with some pretty husky retros.<P>
The body is light, the texture is watery and the carbonation is lively.
