Redfish Rileys Red

Sampler at the Redfish New Orleans Brewhouse, Boulder 12/10/2008 Some malt aroma. Amber golden coloured smooth on the palate and fruity with a crisp and dry lasting malt finish.

Sampled at the brewhouse, amber-copper color, with toasted malt nose with some faint fruity raisiny accent, and some mild toffeeish, caramel notes in the aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a nice toasted, caramelized malt character, with some fruity raisiny, figgy notes, with a toffee accent, leading towards a malty, lingering hop bitterness finish.

Tap @ brewpub. Clear orange red color, short head. Bit flowery and floral aroma, slight hoppy. Bit malty taste. Not 2 good.

on tap-pours a light tan head and red color. Aroma is sweet medium malt. Taste is sweet medium malt-caramel. Mild carbonation.

Bready doughish maltiness, with some sweet caramel malt on the body, and just a touch of piney hops as it finishes out, this beer is just very simple.

4 oz sampler at the brewpub, 4/14/06: Reddish copper. Indiscreet caramelly beer. Not here, not there. Just blah.

A hazy red beer with no head. The aroma is primarily malty, while the flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel.

Attractive medium amber with a touch of rose red clear colour with lotsa bubbles and a small short lasting head. Faint sourdough yeasty and lightly fruity and bready malt aroma. Light sweetish malts and light hop bitter flavour. Body is a touch watery for my taste.
