Redfish Southern Belle

On tap: No head, just some thin patches of white on the surface. Golden and slightly hazy. Fruity, apple-like nose. Fermented apple juice in the flavor, also. Rather carbonated. Milky and watery at times. Some earthy malt flavors with hints of yeast. Some alcohol notes, though, not that strong. Apple flavors were much too dominant.

Draught. Body is light yellow. Aroma is lightly malty (toasted grain), moderately hoppy (lemon, flowers), lightly yeasty (cobwebs), with notes of honey, strawberry, diacetyl, hint of milk. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter, lightly acetic. Medium body, watery texture, lively carbonation.
