Jan 10, 2005 Light murky yellow. Sweet peach and candy, bubble gum hop aroma... wonderful aroma really. Cannibus-like flavor, tastes very gritty from the hops, with a grassy malt sweetness as well... leafy, musty, tingles the tongue.

Nov 11, 2006 GABF-on tap-pours an offwhite head with copper color. Aroma is light/medium citrus hops. Taste is light/medium citrus hops with some bite, secondary medium malt. OK carbonation.

Very fruity pine aroma. Golden coloured very fruity and hoppy with a little bitterness and dryness in a crisp malt finish.

Nov 21, 2008 Draught at Redfish Brewpub. Clear amber - white head. Nice freshness, fresh hoppy, light caramel, wet grass, knækbrød, swedish flatbread, resin, peppery. Nice.

Clear golden coloured with a medium sized off white head.
Hoppy aroma of peaches, pine needles and grass.
Hoppy flavour of grass, cardemomme and grape fruits.
Dry hoppy finish.

Nov 2, 2007 Tap @ Redfish: Poured a clear deep chestnut color with an off-white head. Aroma of grapefruit juice and tangerines. Fruity with some caramel in there. The flavor was of caramel malt and tangerines. Light to medium body.

Feb 26, 2007 On tap at brewery in Boulder CO. Color appears to be light amber (bulbs at bar are red) with lively fine carbonation and thin white head. Nose is light pine with floral notes. Taste is clean and well balanced with even more floral essence. A bit light for my tastes, but nothing is particularly wrong (or spectaular) with this IPA.
