Nose of citrus and light malts, and slight aroma of hops. Mouthfeel light and flavor follows the nose with a little corn taste. Not much finish. frankenkitty (1902), Oak Lawn, Illinois, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Mar 21, 2007 Pours a deep, golden/orange with moderate carbonation under a fleeting head. Some adversities in the aroma open up to weak pale malts, light roast, sweet fruit (yellow apple) and a hint of hops. A bit too thick for my liking wth a flavor that is predominantly malted sweetness with a recurrence of that fruit I mentioned earlier. Light cloy.

Has a nice appearance, golden brown like a hefewiezen. Goes down very smooth and has a nice flavor. I recommend trying if you can find it. ESB and IPA are better though. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Feb 25, 2007 Pours a clear golden with a small white head. Smells mostly of malt. Flavor is very clean and has sweet malt and balancing bitterness. I thought this was similar to a sweet German Lager. Not a lot to brag about, but nothing to be ashamed of for a blond ale! aarossell (151), Grandville, Michigan, USA

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Feb 18, 2007 Nice amber/yellow pour smallish white head. Aroma is light, maybe some hops. Light bodied, easy to drink, very mild hop. Fairly clean finish. Better then I hoped for. michael-pollack (2686), King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Feb 14, 2007 12oz. Bottle: Aroma is funky though not sweet, or bitter. Smells earthy, and of corn, wheat, grains, and peanuts. Poured golden in color with a small white head that diminished. No lacing. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is slightly malty though not sweet or bitter. Tastes of malt, corn, wheat, and peanuts. Pretty poor flavor. Light to medium body. Soft carbonation. No finish really. Overall, expensive Bud.
