Slighlty hazy amber with a small white head. Aroma is fruity (apples) along with a subtle nuttiness and mildly floral hops. Very fruity flavor, with the apples detected in the nose emerging in the flavor as well. Faint notes of nuts, toast, and lemon zest. Very clean finish, with just o touch of hops. A very sessionable summer brew.

Bottle--I’ve always taken a pass on the Redhook beers at the market or beer store, I came across this one in a mix pack. The color wasn’t copper, it was more of a dirty gold hue. The head was a short lasting, small head with a just a touch of carbonation. I didn’t note any aroma it could be my lack of nose, then again, it could be the beer, so we’ll give it a pass. The taste was pretty balanced but muted. I did pick up some grapefruit flavoring in the finished. Smooth drinking, easy drinking, average beer. Produce place-single

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a softly carbonated light yellow-orange colored body. The mild aroma was dirty sock and malt hop. The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt mild hops crisp and metallic. A decent one but not one that I would consider buying again.

On tap @ Porter’s Pub, UCSD. Coper color brew without head. Sweetish watery uninteresting.

Bottle. Poured a slightly cloudy orange-brown color. The sweet aroma is pleasant with hints of orange/citrus. Easy to drink beer with mostly malt character on the palate. Very slight hop nose.

Sampled as part of a bevmo summer pack. Poured very nicely with a very faint with a nice malty aroma. I dont know if i would buy a six pack but it was a nice one time brew.
