Sweet dark chocolate up front, good roastiness. Finish has a soft coffee note and a light hint of peanut butter. Overall pretty nice stout, definitely a bit on the sweet side, but I enjoy sweeter stouts. WeeHeavySD (3042), San Diego (Hillcrest), California, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 13, 2008 Pours out black with a small slightly lacing tan head. Aroma is heavy coffee and some sweet candy-bar chocolate. Bit watery on the palate, lots of coffee, roasted malt, and some chocolate sweetness, overall the sweetness was a little too much, its like when you put a few too many sugar packets in your coffee. Overall not bad. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
