One of the best beers redhook has to offer, sweet taste, not too bitter, nice fruity/honey aroma, very nice to drink in quantity.

Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Caramel/honey aroma with trace hops. The flavor is rather bland, but it is well balanced. Caramel, fruity esters and hops. Nice enough.

pours an amber brown with small off-white head. Aroma of sweet malts. Nice balance of sweetness and bitterness for an overall tasty beer.

good overall, just a little too bitter for my personal taste. Has a medium malt aroma to it.

The lingering sweetness juxtaposes nicely with the hops. I honestly think the style of the beer is unique and perfectly caters to my taste. It’s good without tying to compensate for taste by overemphasizing the hops.

Bottle: Has a slightly bitter flavor of wheat and slight sweetness. Has a bitter flavor that lingers, but isn’t overpowering. A good beer for a good price.

Medium amber with a white head that diminishes but sticks around. Malty aroma and taste. Mild hop presence. A little on the sweet side. not bad.
