Cask at GBBF 08. Still amber. Sweet, rather indistinct malty flavour with a bit of honey. Instantly forgettable I’m afraid.

Pours a copperish color with a decent head. Tastes OK, afertaste is OK...an OK beer. Not one I will seek out or even bother with again. Slightly disappointed in this one.

Bottle. Deep amber beer with an off-white head. Aroma is malty with a bit of cheese. Flavor is hoppy, a bit sweet. Finish is herbal, bitter.

Not a huge fan of this ESB. It just had too watered down of a flavor to it to really come through as a good beer.

A decent, politically-correct "micro" that is easily drinkable, but nothing to write home about. Or just nothing to write about: This beer is boring... In other words, you could slap a Sam Adams label on it, and nobody would know the difference. I could see this being a hit among the hipster/metrosexual crowd because it looks more intelligent than a macro-domestic, yet is far from offending any delicate palates.

Very conventional in taste and finish. Pours a light amber color with a fast receding small head. Smooth, yet flat bitter inital taste, with hop type light bitter finish.
