Oct 16, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Clear orange pour followed by a medium off white head that had very good lace - a pretty good looking beer. Aroma was grainy with some toffee like fragrance in the background. Medium body and carbonation, but left the palate rather flat. Fairly bitter, actually more bitter than an ESB should be, but an undercurrent of soft malty sweetness did make an appearance. Not bad, but not too distinguished.

Oct 7, 2007 Weak pineapple aroma. Cloudy amber, thin head, decent lacing. Medium bodied orange peel taste, tending toward being salty. Bitter, dought finish. This is my least favorite style, but I can drink this one.

Oct 5, 2007 Pours a two-finger white head that fades slowly to a thin layer leaving a good lace. Crystal clear amber color. Slight hoppy nose. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Flavor has some sweetness with hoppiness and the usual - for an ESB - lingering hoppy aftertaste. 12oz bottle $1.50 from Capitol Convenience Concord, NH.

Oct 3, 2007 Bomber. Copper color. Some bitter flavors, though not a whole lot to offer. Easy drinking with a solid, but somewhat sour finish. Not too memorable, but it’d work as a session beer in a pinch.

Oct 2, 2007 Draft. Large, fluffy off-white head that lasted through the pitcher with not-so-hazy amber body. Noticeable sweetness with caramal malts and touch of hops. Soft carbonation that makes this one feel a bit on the heavy side. That’s fine I wouldn’t want to drink too much of it anyhow.
