Great beer for casual drinking. Not an overwhelming taste sensation but very well balanced in such a way so as to cause no beer drinking fatigue.

Sampled with Stegosaurus and Beerded_one at Newtown Beerfest. Amber pour with white head. Mild nose of hops. Flavor was lacking in charecter only mildly bitter , decent hop finish but again nothing exciting.

Bottle. Average beer, I was somewhat disappointed. Poured without much head which it didnt retain. I expected more, not much hoppiness for this style. Drinkable, but nothing special. Tried this again and seemed much more tasty the second time around, so I adjusted my rating upward.

Nose has hints of apple and grain. Somewhat watery tasting, with a bit of hops. Overall pretty refreshing, but nothing really special.

Bottle. Pours out alight amber colour with a nice bubbly white head with patchy lacing. Scent is pretty standard fare for an ESB... grain and sharp hoppiness unfortunately accented with a metallic tinge. Taste is smooth and hoppy. Starts out with a velvety texture and then proceeds independently into a sharp hoppiness. A light flavour of grain and metallic taste is left on the palate as it goes down. A very mild ESB that unfortunately has some unpleasant metallic qualities. Drinkable but not an outstanding example of its type.

Bottle...this brew does not disappoint, yet it lacks a lot in flavor due to its mild hoppiness (for an ESB). A mass-produced work that should have stayed small batch.

bottle. Light amber with a small off white head. Aroma is muddled hops, caramel malts, and a sharp metallic off flavor. Taste is about the exact same.

Straight from the bottle. Sharp and full bodied. No overpowering elements, clean hops and malt.
