I think this is getting a bit of hateage due to the fact that its a Redhook... or maybe most people are having bottles and the bottles are inferior to the tap. Anyways, this poured a nice amber color with a nice head that left some descent lace and held its own for a while. Pretty simply flavor and aroma but pretty well balanced and some nice hop bitterness. A bit more bittingly bitter than I expected from the style, but still very pleasant and refreshing. Medium bodied with a bit of over-carbonation. Overall: easy choice over many other beers I frequently see on tap next to it. bluemooner (237), Blaine, Minnesota, USA
