Commercial Description:
A beer that combines aspects of various beer styles. The German wheat yeast, used for some spicy clove characteristics, blends aspects of wheat beers with winter ales. You will taste hints of the citrusy flavor that comes from wheat beers combined with a warm malty backbone, and a nice Crystal and Centennial hop finish.

Sampled at Washington Winter Beer Fest. Also available on tap at Woodinville brewery. Darker golden with medium head. Light citrus hop aroma. Taste is light biscuit malts with a very nice touch of hops. Easily the best offering from Redhook in some time. Bitter finish. Pretty floral hops, but a bit soapy as well. The best part about this beer was talking to the brewery rep who said they would soon be returning to their roots and opening a small brewpub in Fremont within the next 18 months. MAYBE YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE LEFT IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
