Aug 15, 2000 A great American hefe. Nice cloudy appearance, banana and spiciness apparent. Smooth finish, great experience. Have one at the Redhook brewery in Seattle.

Nov 8, 2004 Tap, at the Redhook Brewery in Portsmith NH. I enjoy this lemony flavor with a hint of wheat to it. light refreshing great for those humid summer nights.

May 1, 2000 Red Hook makes a solid hefeweizen. Though my no means the best around I prefer it over Pyramid’s Hef. (another Seattle brew)
