It Has a Good Balanced Aroma...but the Taste is More Hops. Sweet. Watery Overall.. If it Had More Malt Presence, it May be a Decent Brew. badgerben (3600), Blaine, Minnesota, USA

Fairly dry taste from the hops. They are not as present as the hops in a Pale, but they are enough to say "Hi, how ya doin?" I really don’t want this kind of presence in my Oktoberfest. It poured a nice orange color with a thick white head. It was a little too hoppy for the style and that is what made it less appealing to me. PhatB420 (128), Pittsfield, Massachusetts, USA

Nice foamy head, lots of lacing on the glass, decent malt and hops for redhook. Went well with buffalo wings. ElGaucho (1730), Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA

Decent lace, very little head (must be the glass). Somewhat cloudy body. Reddish, orange, amber in color. Head fully disappates. Sweet and hoppy flavor. Tastes like it smells. Nice and drinkable. A little unrefined, but a pleasure to drink, especially during the malt dominated Oktoberfest season. Rockinout (945), Kent, Ohio, USA

There was a bit of a light tan head, that quickly dissapated. Caramel in the nose, along with hints of grapefruity hops and pine. The taste is a bit sweet, mainly of caramel with a fairly decent hop bitterness. Not bad!
