| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Oct 13, 2006 I do think my instincts were correct. I would and do like IPAs. I couldnt smell it super well but what little I did smell I do like (I have allergies so you can take it with a grain of salt though). It’s look wasn’t spectacular or intimidating or any of those things I put value in (being a man there is a certain thrill by drinking something that looks intimidating). It tasted great, bitter but well rounded. I cant pick out flavors yet (still a beginner) but I really enjoyed this. Oddly enough I think it would go good with bacon and eggs. I dont think I would cook with it though. It felt carbonated, alittle too carbonated but still great. Not thin and not thick. Rather comfortable feeling.
Overall this was a great beer to me, someone who is as green as the leaves that make you float. Not particularly expensive either. Aggie80 (709), Michigan, USA

Good color and nice head. The aftertaste was nice and flowery without being excessive. duffman462 (162), Gainesville, Florida, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Oct 6, 2006 A wonderfully quaffable IPA! Pours a light copper color. A bitter hoppiness fills the nose, hinting at some pine and floral notes. Not the best IPA in the world, but a good one. Perfect for an outdoor grill party, or just hanging out with some friend. (And it’s brewed right where I grew up...Woodinville, WA. Oh, and the brewery has a great tour which includes lots of free beer and a cool free glass.)
