| 0.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/10 | 1/5 | 1/20 | Jan 3, 2006 This beer produces a strong hops aroma that dissipates into the smell of cut wet grass as the beer mingles with the air. It is an amber colored solution that produces a huge head. This beer is very watery and thin. It offers such a mild grain taste it leaves you wondering if you just drank beer or colored water. | 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jan 2, 2006 Bottle (12oz). Poured clear slightly oily bright gold with an average white creamy head. Aroma of evergreen hops, mild acetone malt - almost the same as their Winterhook, actually, maybe a touch of honey sweetness. Taste follows nose, a little more bitter, longish almost harshly bitter finish - mouthfeel astringent, a little sticky. Not bad, average IPA, more evergreen than citrus. weepingsuds (222), Gaithersburg, Maryland, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Dec 30, 2005 Light head soft lacing, hoppy a bit hoppier than most IPA’s maybe. But no distinct bitter or standout tones. Just a IPA no show stopper here. oldrtybastrd (1823), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA
