If this was the last beer on Earth I would very much enjoy drinking it. However, since there are other brews out there I don’t think I’ll be paying for this one again. Versus Bud and Coors and other ^%^&, I reach for the Red Hook. Hope this will coax Americans into the finer IPAs but as a stand alone I was not impressed. Some mild skunkiness is detedtable and it does not have the bouqet that I expect from a titled IPA.

I’m not a big fan of IPA’s. but this one is light and subtle enough (not too many strong flavors) that it was definetely drinkable.

Pretty light as far as IPAs go. Not too hoppy, not too strong. Real good if you’re not a big fan of IPAs. Otherwise, you’ll be disappointed.

A nice easy to drink IPA. I would call it a beginners IPA. Usual floral / citrus aroma. It could use just a tad bit more malt flavor. A good beer.

12-oz bottle, bottled 062705. Pours orange to light copper with a thin white head that quickly becomes a patchy white film on top and near the edge. Fragrant floral sweet perfumey hop aroma with grassy notes and fruit (peach, pear, and orange) nose and lightly roasted malt (grain). Bitter floral hop sweet yet acidic then becomes dry and astringent with a citrusy rind end. Medium bodied dry and fizzy palate.

Aroma and flavor to his one are of the citrus group, Dried grapefruit Body was a medium golden color I guess it could pass for brass. Decent head with light lacing. Cool and crisp going down the hatch but missing a little hop bite and this may of been beeter for me anyway.

Poured golden effervescent with a large white head. Aroma is of subdued hops, some malt. Taste is clean and moderately hoppy, with a long bitter dry finish. Good body. Drinkable, though somewhat bland.

Clear light amber with a frothy head. Pleasant hoppy aroma. Flavour is not particularly hoppy for an IPA but it’s a nice malty hoppy blend.
