| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 28, 2008 12oz bottle. Poured a clear, dark copper with a bit of white head. It smelled like caramel and barley malts with light copper hops. It tasted like earthy barley malt mixed with roasted toffee and a bit of copper hops. It was slightly thick with a bit of carbonation, and had a bittersweet aftertaste. Overall this did not have a super clean or bold flavor. WakeandBake (432), Greenville, Michigan, USA

Drinkable. I am suprised this was rated so low. mrant (330), New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 10/20 | Dec 8, 2008 Smells of rich, sweet dark malts with lots of caramel notes. Taste is well-balanced dark malts and bitter/sour hops. Not bad, but expected something a little darker, a little less hops. Tasty Radek Kliber (3962), Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), Ontario, Canada
