The color is a clear gold with a thin white head.
The smell is citrus at first, hints of grapefruit and lemon. Some hop flavor in the background.
The Taste is of citrus and floral hops that seem a bit muted. There seems to be a slight touch of malt as well.
This IPA is a decent beer that is pretty well balanced and easy drinking. Not quite the full hop character that I enjoy in an IPA but still a good beer.

Pours a golden orange body with a white head. Some light citrus and hop resins, with some malty etoh in the background of things. The colder the serving temperature the better this one is. ben4321 (1060), Rockville, Maryland, USA

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 8, 2009 Cold 12oz bottle: Pours a clear medium golden color with a minimal amount of alabaster bubbles, mostly around edges of glass. Aroma is initially of peaches and honey, with nice malts and subtle grassy hops. Taste is of nice malts well blended with grassy hops and a full fruity flavor. Ending is of hop and honey notes. Crisp, medium bodied, and with good carbonation. Volgon (2490), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

You can smell the hops, but you can really taste them in this beer, they are overwhelming to the palate. Whoever says this is a weak IPA must just have a gnarly taste buds, because this one is pretty intense. Taste like most IPA’s with a less than inspiring bitter after taste, however I will give it this, it has less of a coppery tang than most IPA’s do. Still must have a thing for IPA’s to truly be able to enjoy. One and done for me.
