Commercial Description:
Everything great that was ever built required a long hammer. A trusty tool used by ordinary ordinary men to make extraordinary things. Transcontinental train tracks. Impossible pipelines. Soaring skyscraper. Long Hammer IPA puts this bold spirit in a bottle. And like its namesake, it's a beer built to stand the test of time.

Gold color with an average head. Aroma is of hops and citrus. Taste is hoppy but it weak for an IPA.

3 finger off white head, beer is a amber to copper color with a citrus hops aroma.short bitter finish. This is a real IPA not the west coast style!! I wish red hook would list the IBUs

Crushed with Jakebra. So glad we got this in just a single bottle. Definition of nast, poop, and shit. How is this a ipa? How is this a beer? Blah.

bottle. decent IPA. Plenty of hops with nice citrus tones. Suprised me a little. It certainly doesn’t compare to dogfish IPA’s and other top IPA’s but enjoyable no doubt

Pours a nice, dark, golden amber with a decent off-white head. Not quite as dark as many IPA’s I’ve had. Grassy, cirtusy lemon smell. Nice clean hoppy taste with a crisp citrusy finish. One of the top 5 IPA’s I’ve had. Very good brew.

Sorry to say this beer was horrible. From all other raters it looks like I am off the mark but this is one of the few beers I could not finish. I was even at an event where it was FREE but I passed after the first one. Only thing I can think is I got a bad one but I was not going to try another.

Hazy blond color. There is some hop aroma. Medium-light body, with a dryish mouthfeel, some caramel flavor and some hop; at first the hop has some qualities (resins...), but they get lost on the way. Golden Ale style.

12 oz bottle. Beer pours medium golden color with a totally retained off white colored head. Aroma is lightly, floral and spicy hoppy. Flavor is sweet, then followed by citrus hoppiness, and a bit of graininess. Not special at all for an IPA.
