| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Oct 20, 2009 had this on tap at the local tavern. Too thin in body to be a really good IPA. Had that hops bite that you need but just too watery. Lacing was fine. The aroma was there but just not a chewy as I like. Theis (3768), Denmark

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 17, 2009 Serving: Draft.
Appearance: Clear gold color with a foamy, off-white head. Okay head retention and spotty lacing.
Aroma: Heavy pine hop nose with little else to offer.
Flavor: Pine, pine, and more pine. Some light malt sweetness and a touch of earth.
Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium mouthfeel and a long, bitter finish.
Overall: I have to agree with several other raters, this one isn’t bad, it just isn’t as complex as some of it’s peers. Still, it is highly available and not a bad accompaniment to spicy Indian food. stretchfest (46), St. Louis, Missouri, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 14, 2009 Bottle. Clear golden color with small beige head. Piney and hoppy odor. Hop bitterness with a malt hints. Not a particularly good taste. Jblauvs (600), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 8, 2009 Golden pour with off-white head. Aroma is strong pine cone and that’s about it. Flavor is piney; strong but overly simplistic. A touch of bland malt tries to balance it out without success. Overall not terrible, but not worth buying unless there’s nothing to drink but macro swill DrSamPHD (61), Baton Rouge, Louisiana, USA

Pine-y hop taste but not very complex. Simple taste with a small body. Not very good as far as IPA’s go. mybrainhurts (214), North Dakota, USA
