Commercial Description:
Everything great that was ever built required a long hammer. A trusty tool used by ordinary ordinary men to make extraordinary things. Transcontinental train tracks. Impossible pipelines. Soaring skyscraper. Long Hammer IPA puts this bold spirit in a bottle. And like its namesake, it's a beer built to stand the test of time.

Clear amber pour with a fizzy white head. Very light aroma of hops and citrus peel. Similar in flavor, with a bit of malt sweetness coming through. While you will never mistake this for a great IPA, it’s not bad for the six-pack type.

Bottle pours golden with thin white head. Aroma is citrus hops. Taste is hops but well balanced with malt backing. Finish is hops, but does not linger.

12oz. Bottle pours a clear golden color with huge fluffy almost white semi sustaining head that left really good lacing. Aroma of light citrus and fruit, mainly hops. Taste is a little light as well, yet still centering around the hops. Again, a little light on the body and a watery texture ,but good carbonation and after taste. Slightly above average IPA, great for those hot days in the pool.

Bottle. Light red. Smell of hops and citrus. Taste of hops and citrus. A pretty good IPA. Better than the ESB. Pretty good stuff here.

Sampled from bottle and on draught. On draught the fruit is more prevalent. And more head. a light copper colour, medium bodied with a medium white head from both types. A higher abv, and just right for this beer. Not overwhelmingly hoppy but still pleasent tasting. A nice summertime brew perhaps?

the long hammer ipa is not my favorite but it’s a well rounded beer. a little much harsh bitterness and not enough smoothness. Not much fruity aroma or flower aroma. Nothing too impressive.

Bottle pours a clear copper color wiht a thin white head. Aroma of hops, pine, and citrus. Flavor is hoppy, some citrus and pine, with a nice dry finish with a bitter aftertaste.

12 oz bottle at a summer time bbq. Well it just goes to prove that atmospere and attitude go a long way when rating a beer. This one seemed real nice but I think it was more because I spent several hours before the bbq in a field watching childrens lacorsse and kept thinking about the bbq. Well I finally get there drink a few of these and all though the beer itself was nothing great for an IPA it certainly did hit the spot. Average at best for an IPA though.
