Similar in flavor, with a bit of malt sweetness coming through. While you will never mistake this for a great IPA, it’s not bad for the six-pack type. kpresley77 (134), Jackson, Georgia, USA

Bottle pours a clear golden color with huge fluffy almost white semi sustaining head that left really good lacing. Aroma of light citrus and fruit, mainly hops. Taste is a little light as well, yet still centering around the hops. Again, a little light on the body and a watery texture ,but good carbonation and after taste. Slightly above average IPA, great for those hot days in the pool. arventresca (343), Greenville, North Carolina, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jun 12, 2008 Sampled from bottle and on draught. On draught the fruit is more prevalent. And more head. a light copper colour, medium bodied with a medium white head from both types. A higher abv, and just right for this beer. Not overwhelmingly hoppy but still pleasent tasting. A nice summertime brew perhaps? hoplover (166), Corpus Christi, Texas, USA

Not much fruity aroma or flower aroma. Nothing too impressive. jjuf1853 (482), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA

Well it just goes to prove that atmospere and attitude go a long way when rating a beer. This one seemed real nice but I think it was more because I spent several hours before the bbq in a field watching childrens lacorsse and kept thinking about the bbq. Well I finally get there drink a few of these and all though the beer itself was nothing great for an IPA it certainly did hit the spot. Average at best for an IPA though.
