| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Bottle; pours a yellowish brown. Aroma is a little fainter than a typical IPA, but consists of the usual floral hop scent and maybe a little yeast and malt. Body has a fairly solid smooth mouthfeel, albiet a little light on the hop flavor. Slight dry, citrus bite at the end with not a whole lot of aftertaste. An easy to drink IPA. esjaygee (1600), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Apr 17, 2008 Hazy yellow with thin white head, diminishing quickly. Light floral hop nose with some sweet malts mixed in. Pretty water with a long bad bitter finish. I generally like IPAs but this one is not a very good example of the style. A light citrus hop flavor comes through but for the most part it’s just bitter, and watery on top of it. No thanks, next. KawaBomber (213), New Jersey, USA

Pours a clear amber w/ a small off-white head. Aroma is piney hops, all hops. Flavor is very hoppy w/ a hint of caramel malt, but mostly hops. Palate is pretty average & the beer pretty one dimensional. Not bad, not great. Let’s see, this or Bud Light? Hmmm...

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Apr 12, 2008 Updated: Aug 1, 2008Purchased 12 pack. This is quite good. I was pleasantly surprised. It’s got a nice crisp hoppy bite to it but not overpowering so perhaps it could use a touch more flavor. Very smooth. A nice entry level IPA. The gentle sweet bitter hoppiness makes it extremely easy to drink. A good summer selection. estoppel (1028), Buffalo, New York, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 11, 2008 Draft. Bready nose with slight hop notes. Mostly malt, mild bitterness, drinkable but by no means an IPA. AmEricanbrew (2005), Almost, Texas, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Apr 8, 2008 Clear light amber color. Mild perfumy, piney hop smell. Medium body and smooth. A decent flavor meshes caramel malt sweetness with a mildly bitter hop finish. Easy drinking. Better than Redhooks reputation.10157 SamGamgee (1469), Santa Cruz (La Selva), California, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Apr 7, 2008 Draught at Zodo’s. Hazy yellow with a big white head. Indistinct hops in the aroma. Pretty clean malts, lightly hopped for a west coast IPA, but still enough to let you know what it is. There’s a slight soapiness that keeps it from being better, but overall its pretty drinkable.
