Apr 5, 2008 Pours tan and slightly cloudy. Aroma isn’t too strong with this one, a hoppiness I presume, was expecting a little more taste with this brew. Does have a bite followed by a grassy aftertaste.

Apr 3, 2008 Bottle dated 3 months prior. Medium body, hop-over-malt flavor balance. Moderate hop bitterness with underlying slightly sweet malty flavor. A reasonable balance. Can’t compete with micro/brewpub extreme flavors in their IPAs but fine for a mass-marketed $6/six-pack product.

Apr 3, 2008 On tap at some crappy dive bar. Poured into a pint glass. Orange color with an off-white head that leaves a little lacing.
Aroma is very muted, with a faint soapy hoppiness and a touch of sweetness.
Flavor is pretty awful. Thin grainy maltiness with a dose of diacetyl, then soapiness, then a pathetic hop finish that is reasonably bitter but flavorless. This is supposed to be an IPA??
Mouthfeel is average, body is thinnish.

Apr 2, 2008 12 ounce bottle- pours a clear golden yellow with a lasting, if scant, white head. The aroma had a hint of fish. Taste was fresh, with only the slightest citrus hint, (luckily, the fish was absent). Refreshing and enjoyable without the typical IPA wince.

Mar 31, 2008 Good, drinkable IPA. doesn’t overwhelm you with hops. You can drink several of these and not feel your lips puckering.

Mar 29, 2008 Draft at Cataqua Public House. Pours clear light amber in color with white head. Aroma light citrus hops. Taste citrus hops and light malt with light bitter and clean finish. Good every day drinking IPA.

Mar 29, 2008 Clear amber color. Smell of hops, malt, citrus and flowers. Taste of hops, citrus, malt and grass. Very watery. Hardly no flavor.
