| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Nov 24, 2007 12 oz. bottle. Pours out a hazy light gold with a soft hop aroma. Taste is also light with alcohol present. Mouth feel a little thin and watery on the palate. Lots of better IPA’s out there. pantani (1902), Salinas, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 24, 2007 I’ve had plenty of this at the E-Club at the Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, MD. $5 pitcher, $1.50 pints. Nice light hoppiness to it, not a super heavy IPA, but one that is better then drinking bmc or the sorts. IrishBoy (2718), Bakersfield, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Nov 23, 2007 IPA rating #100; bomber from Bottle Barn; nose of flowery and piney hops; slightly hazed dark gold with a small off-white head; flavor of piney hop bitterness; drinkable IPA, but nowhere near great! graham515 (430), Houston, Texas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 18, 2007 Pours a golden color into the glass with minimal white head. The aroma is citrusy and piney, but the taste is just alright. It seems like a super safe approach to an IPA and a bit lacking in malt. That being said, if you wanted to sit around and drink it for a while, it would be light enough to drink a bunch of. Oscbert (549), Sacramento, California, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 5/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Nov 16, 2007 ~Little to no head. Lots of carbonation bubbles. Light goldnen color. Looks very appealing. ~ Smells like light hops. Smells good.~ Carbonation has a soft tingle.~ Light hoppy taste, could stand to be stronger in hops, but I enjoy it. Beautiful burp aftertaste.~ On sale at Belair for $12.99 case of 12.
Probably won’t buy this beer again. stangger (155), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Nov 13, 2007 "My First" IPA. Barely a hint of hops, and a very watery finish. Definitely pass on this one. RblWthACoz (963), Brooklyn, New York, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 13, 2007 I have to say that overall I was surprised by this beer. Coming from such a larger brewery, I didn’t think that it would be able to deliver the flavor profile it did. To me this is a typical, though slightly tame, IPA. If your bottle is going to be like the one I got, it’s worth trying. bigcat03 (191), Lincoln, Nebraska, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Nov 11, 2007 Poured into a tulip glass. Clear orange/amber color with a 1 finger soapy off white head. Nice lacing left behind. Big malt aroma along with fresh grass and some citrus. Mostly piney hops to the taste with a little grass and malt thrown in for good measure. Pine and bread aftertaste. Medium body with light carbonation. A good hop presence, but lacking in the character department. Balance the pine with something else!! Good session beer.
